Rolland Solutions is looking for an individual with a knowledge and practice of sales who is looking to expand their ability to move the sales process forward, use their talents and learning ability to become relationship builders and expand their career as a business development professional. The selected candidate will use the following skills to enhance their path to success:

· Prospect opportunities and contacts and convert to discussions and proposals

· Use existing and developed networks to facilitate new conversations

· Creatively educate partners about Rolland, its products, its abilities and how we can effectively partner with them.

· Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

· Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

· Create, monitor and maintain a pipeline of business from inception to fruition


This position will involve the following skills:

· Formulation of pricing to gain desired results

· Track all prospects in CRM database

The following are requirements:

Read and write the English language

Read and write the Spanish language

Pass a criminal background check

Have worked in a business to business capacity in a current or past position
