Our strength in serving our clients begins with our continuing need to serve those around our community in ways of the heart.  Whether it is preparing food for families of children with medical challenges at the Ronald McDonald House or collecting funds for those who need help feeding their families for the North Texas Food Bank, Rolland’s team commitment to serve those in need is at the core of our culture.  It is our social conscience that creates a volunteer force that literally involves each and every employee to serve others and is the soul of our organization.
